Excellent book for those involved in cardiac rehab

This book provides extensive and comprehensive information on key topics for practitioners in the field of cardiac rehab. Contributors present and discuss the research upon which recent rehab guidelines are based. Topics include exercise testing, value of cardiac rehab, drug effects, and many more specialized areas, such as diabetic patients, affects of altitude and cold, etc. My only reservation about this book is that there has been substantial new research in this field since 1995, the publication date for the 3rd edition. I look forward to the 4th edition.
