The book is a wonderful guide to learning how to let your conscious mind get in touch with your Inner Self. That Inner Self can answer many concerns through feelings and images as you listen to classical music. The book comes with a CD that has carefully selection tracks of classical music. Imaginery and music can offer very very powerful healing of past psychological injury. I am a much better person for the work of the author.
