A Deep and Worthy Journey

Sylvia Senensky's "Healing and Empowering the Feminine" is an important book for our times, when much healing is needed. She likens the journey into Self to walking the labyrinth - entering, staying awhile in the centre, then re-emerging transformed - and provides classic descent myths (e.g. Innanna, Persephone, etc.) to give us extra inspiration for the path to wholeness. For the journey to the centre is a descent into the deep realms. Senensky gives us a marvellous roadmap to take with us. Do get it!
