Beyond the puzzle of behavior

It is a much needed book for seminarian, clergy and people in helping profession. It provide insights that help one to understand how the harmful effect which are hidden but activly working in one's unconscious level affecting one behavior. Its observion of pschological-harmed people enter into helping profession and their harmful behavior are insightful.
