Having the Boss’s Babies

I remember reading this book years ago and I enjoy reading it very much. I enjoy the characters and their story they are telling me too.

FROM BACK COVER

A new arrival - in the office! Like the rest of the staff at Kanga Tours, Alice Madigan is nervous about meeting her new boss - but when he walks through the door it's worse than she ever could have imagined! Alice had shared one very special night with him - but now they have to play it strictly business! How long can they pretend nothing has happened? Especially now that Alice has discovered she's going to be having her boss's babies...

Conflict of Interests At Work

Alice has a pity party by herself at a bar on her birthday, she's divorced and has no children. The pressure from her family is undeniable, but she has her job. Across the bar, she comes in contact with a very interesting man. The next morning, having enjoyed themselves, Alice and Liam discover they have more than birthdays in common: Liam owns the travel company that Alice works for. Liam and Alice manage several bits of choppy waters both emotionally and professionally. Liam has a personal secret that taints his views. Alice's secrets are open to Liam from the very begining. I did like the exploration of Austrialia. Having never been there myself, I am unfamiliar with the imagry of the landscape that Hannay created outside the known city ports. Liam's secret is fairly run of the mill for a romance story, but it proves his heart. Having the Boss's Babies is a good read on a day when you have nothing else to do.
