I use this book in my "Getting Ready For Kindergarten" classes. It is a very positive and readable book.

A Classic!!

I read this book for so many years when I was little and it really helped me with those pre-first day of school jitters. Now I'm a senior in high school and I still like to pull it out once-in-a-while for a little nostalga on the night before school starts. A great book for kindergarten and first grade readers who just want the basics!
