I have used this book for many years for a variety of conditions and found it to be without excepton an effective way to recovery. Anyone can use this easy to read, clearly explained book to discover natural ways to address imbalances and physical symptoms in the body. I recomend it unconditionally as one of the very best books I know to help yourself to better health. The remedies are inexpensive and often avalable either in your back yard or your market. A refreshing change

Having met Ms. Jackson some years ago when she was a spry 85 year-old, I can attest to the wisdom in the pages of this book. It is refreshing to know about alternatives to medicines that are often unnecessary, costly and that produce damaging side-effects.
