Marcia Foster Norman was born in St Andrews, Jamaica and migrated to the UK five decades ago. She went from working on the factory floor to lecturing in Universities, training the Metropolitan Police, and working as a Lawyer and a Judge in HMRC before retiring. She continues to work, giving support, guidance and development to others, helping them to achieve their full potential. As a licensed Minister of religion with the United Pentecostal Church, she has no birth children alive but is a mother to tens, supported by her loving husband as they continue to give love, guidance and care to hundreds.
