As for the story behind the art, Half Moon Werewolves follows the family of a werewolf who had volunteered to be part of a Cold War project to turn werewolves into super-soldiers. Chaos surrounds the family as the twins, Nathan and Cynthia, have incomplete transformations into werewolves on each half moon after they turned thirteen. As for the project, it was not shut down at the end of the Cold War - it was just deferred. The story and art are PG-13.
