Open your Bible to its first page and something odd is hiding in plain sight: for an entire chapter, God has only one name - and then, suddenly, he has two.
Genesis 1 calls him God, wall to wall - the voice of cosmic command. Then Genesis 2 shifts, and a second name appears: the LORD, the personal, covenant name of the God of Israel. Let this be said plainly: there is no code here. No letter-counting, no numerology, no hidden layer. The pattern sits on the surface of the text, visible in any interlinear Bible, checkable by anyone with a concordance - which is exactly why it matters that nobody taught you to see it.
And there is a detective story. The scholars who built the documentary hypothesis saw this clustering two centuries ago - the observation was real - and read it as seams. A Hebrew University professor named Umberto Cassuto mapped the true rules in 1941, eighty years before this project ran its first count, and the guild politely ignored him.
