Being a gym fitness instructor for 11 years made
me realize most people that visit the gym for the first time fear being clueless so they just act like they know what they are doing and end up totally doing it all wrong.
Some decide to attend gym because the've recently seene an ig fitness model so they just wanna be.
There is no pressure in the gym and that is what most beginners don't know.
So I decided to create a book for beginners which will be their ultimate guide to a wonderful gym experience so they won't be pressured and also be able to discover most of the gym truths.
