This Book Is For All Ages

This is wonderful book of guided meditations. I have used it regularly with my 12 grade students and they love it. I use it with some Native American flute music playing in the backgroud. I use journaling exercises included in the book as a follow-up. I have also used the book with primary grades and have found it works great with them also. This is a gem!!
