The sunny coastal city of Daytona Beach casts long shadows. Crawling out of them is career criminal, Roger Grimes. He wants to balance the scales and decides to become a private investigator. Grimes catches the eye of attorney Willis Sanford. Sanford is a White Knight, a pillar in the community, who wants Grimes to join him on his quest to eradicate crime in the World's Most Famous Beach. With his first case as a Private Investigator done, Grimes takes time out to help an old friend who has been ravaged by a heroin addiction. Grimes decides to take justice into his own hands by going to the source and exterminate the dealers. By doing so he stumbles into a clue to a much darker case Sanford has assigned him. Grimes dives down into the gutter to get to the bottom of a human trafficking ring preying on the most innocent of Daytona Beach.
