Excellent presentation of science

There is a series of three books, only two were available used. The used price was superb considering the books looked brand new. They explain a lot of interesting things that are understandable to a child but not boring for and adult.

good basic overview

this is a great book for a 3rd grader to get an overview of many different areas of science from anatomy/physiology to weather and climate. Not too detailed, great pictures, my 8 year old loves to read from it on the drive to school!!

Great for HOMESCHOOL classroom!

This is such a great book. Full of wonderful information. I am actually using it as our science curriculum along with some other books. This is a good core book. Colorful pictures. Wonderful drawings. Very well written for a variety of ages.

Great for the Classroom!

I am a 4th grade teacher and my school bought a set for each of the science teachers in my grade level. I use these books more than the text! They are packed with information, but written on a child's level and have great pictures and diagrams.

Sciencesaurus: A Student Handbook

This is turning out to be a great reference for homework assignments brought home by my middle schooler. Lots of great information.
