Exceptionally good grammar workbook for adult learner

I volunteer with a local literacy group and use this text with adult learners. It's my favorite by far. The text has a chapter covering each of the basic components of grammar. The first page of each chapter gives a summary of each of the rules to be covered in that chapter. Each exercise begins with a reference to a grammer guide at the back of the book where the rule in question is discussed with more detail and examples. This book is part of a series which includes spelling, capitalization/punctuation and writing. The one drawback I've noticed is that the exercises ask the learner to copy full sentences and paragraphs when filling in a blank is all that is necessary. However, some learners may benefit from that. If not, the exercises can be easily be taylored.
