Great cook book, Great life book!

This is a wonderful cookbook but it is really so much more. Jorj has put together an informative and creative book about healthy living jam-packed with yummy recipes, meal plans, and essays on every aspect of nutrition. Her chapters discuss keeping your skin, hair, bones, eyes, teeth healthy followed by recipes using the foods suggested in the text. Her related website is great, too, and gives the reader further information plus organized grocery lists for her meal plans. Easy and fun!

I can't get enough of the recipes! Each one I've made is incredible, from appetizers to main dishes to desserts. Jorj makes it very easy and gives great tips!!!
