Awesome read.

What a great follow up to Dr. Lyles' first book. As in the first, he shares great experiences of how he was able to handle the stress under difficult situations such as his trip to help those affected by the Tsunami tragedy. He teaches from experience, which is the best way, that stress is not the enemy it is how you handle it. Definitely a good read!
