God's Sure Thing

This book relates an incredible spiritual journey, from a toddler given up as dead, drowned in a well at eighteen months. When a father forlornly places a son on the ground and says to his distraught wife, "It's no use - he's dead," one could be forgiven for thinking it was time to begin funeral arrangements.

This is the story of one of those miracle cases. I spent most of my childhood recovering from bouts of double pneumonia with the aid of penicillin. Subsequently, I required spectacles at 16 and hearing aids at 61, and my color vision is warped. However, I have no doubt that God saved me from death to fulfill His plans for me.
God has led Malachi - the story is related in the third person using a pseudonym granted by God to protect the innocent and spare the guilty - to comprehend that He has always been in control. He has led Malachi from religion, THE FIRST LIE, to relationship, and he desires with all his heart to tell people about the Truth and set them free.
My real name means Lionheart, and that's the only clue you will get: cats are said to have nine lives. I was dead again at fifty-two, saved by another miracle, and have come within a whisker another six times. So, I am on my last life at seventy-six and want to make it count. When I have completed my mission, I will be happy to go 'home.'
Malachi has led an extraordinary life but has no doubt now that, through sickness and adversity, God has led him to know the Truth. He does not doubt that God intends all His children to lead extraordinary lives. All harbor gifts and ideas that are never meant to stay private. Hopefully, the reader will see how an ordinary life, even an ordinary sinner's, can be transformed by God into an extraordinary life that bears witness to and serves Him.
THE SECOND LIE is eternal punishment, taught by the majority for approximately 1700 years and accepted by the author for over fifty years. Not even exceptionally educated men can see the errors they perpetuate. They go along with what they have been taught, too afraid to think for themselves, led by the Holy Spirit. So ingrained has this doctrine become that most who espouse it forget that something which perishes dies. Predominantly, they don't understand the seven ages of God's design. As a result, they do a disservice to God and serve Satan and atheism. God's wisdom, foresight, and love are boundless. To believe that He would create humankind as His image and condemn the vast majority to eternal punishment is absurd and belittles Him.
THE THIRD LIE is evolution, totally foolish - academically and spiritually. The time required for humankind to evolve, as the evolutionists would have us believe, is, at the very least, more than five hundred quattuordecillion years, and we have less than five billion years available.
