In 2007 I journeyed to the south-western USA for my second visit, intending to go deeper into the silence of the northern high desert of New Mexico. The Monastery of Christ in the Desert and of Our Lady of the Desert offered me this place of silence. Deliberately choosing to be there on that particular date, I made a ritual for peace and intelligence on desert land near the monastery on September 11th, 2007.
