Do you know our Father is perfect in all of His ways? He stunned me with amazement again today. He is the Word as in

John 1:1:

The Eternal Word1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

This book shall be seven days of devotion and consecration as we glean in Abba's field of love and holiness. Here's where we are going into the Old Testament as God gave instructions to His priests; we are His priests too. We will see in scripture of the New Testament as well as the Old to verify this calling:

KNOW WHO YOU ARE:

1 Peter 2:9-10

9 But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;

10 who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.

Now that's we've determined who God is (John 1:1) and who we are in Him: (1 Peter 2:9-10), we are blessed to know these things that assuredly we believe and receive.

Here is the basis for our devotion and consecration today:

Exodus 29:35-37, 46

35 "Thus you shall do to Aaron and his sons, according to all that I have commanded you. Seven days you shall consecrate them.

36 And you shall offer a bull every day as a sin offering for atonement. You shall cleanse the altar when you make atonement for it, and you shall anoint it to

sanctify it.

37 Seven days you shall make atonement for the altar and sanctify it. And the altar shall be most holy. Whatever touches the altar must be holy.

46 And they shall know that I am the Lord their God, who brought them up out of the land of Egypt, that I may dwell among them. I am the Lord their God.

So, this is our purpose today: to know that the LORD is our God and there is no other. And we are never alone or lost but, in His midst, always. Now open your eyes; open your ears and open your hearts today as we move onto what 'thus sayeth the Lord.'

The Lord says, "Because it is written, be ye holy; for I am holy."
