Three books Ghost Kids, Blue Vase Mystery and The Pirates' Treasure-The Hunt. They all have in common two children, a spooky old house, Ghost Kids, Pirates' Treasure, Adventure and Mystery. This description may be from another edition of this product.
Ghost Story Trilogy is a delightful ghost story that any child, eight years on up, will enjoy reading. Ms. Meckler cleverly weaves an intriguing plot that leads Christy, 12, and her brother Brad, 16, from the first mystery, Ghost Kids, (ghost Andrew is 8 and his sister ghost Kristal Ann is 14 months) into the second mystery, Blue Vase Mystery, to the final story, Pirates Treasure the hunt. I intend to give this book to my grandson for his birthday next month, when he turns nine. I'm sure he will enjoy it as much as I did. I look forward to Ms. Meckler's next book D For Disappeared, which is anothor Christy and Brad adventure mystery.
Will Capture the Imagination of the Developing Reader Perfectly

As soon as early readers pass beyond the emergent reader stage (i.e. the cat-bat-hat word families as well as a basic sight vocabulary), they grow eager to show off their literary skills by immersing themselves in 'chapter books'. Ghost Kids Trilogy fills the needs of the developing reader perfectly! With this creative trilogy of stories of mystery and suspense, Linda Meckler succeeds in the difficult task of capturing the reader's interest and imagination - ending each chapter with a new angle to thrust them forward. A Christy and Brad Adventure

Linda Meckler's "Ghost Kids Trilogy" is a delightful, imaginative family story. The story is smartly plotted. Linda's choice of vocabulary and short crisp sentences create a sense of suspense and mystery. The author's colorful descriptions are enhanced by Patty Finnell's clever illustrations. The warm love and concern for Christy and Brad by their extended family adds another dimension to the value of this well written story. It is a book you can read and enjoy together in your family times. I highly recommend this book for the young reader, ages eight through fifteen. I found myself caught up in the story. It was a captivating reading experience.

The author holds you spellbound as we become involved with the children in their quest for adventure, and solving the puzzles they encounter. She keeps the adventures alive, with lots of fun and moving from one incident to another. It is family oriented, with a shinng example of how a brother and sister can get along, be friends, and share in the excitement. Can't wait to see more Christy and Brad adventures............
