Great for the Beginners

The book pretty much delivers on what it promises. It provides an easy to follow progression of Land Development which is perfect for the beginner developers or investors. The book was easy to read and helped solidify many things I believed were essential in Land Development and provided a few items of information that will be very useful in my future endeavours.
