The year right after they were married, Genna found out she was pregnant. Yes, it was in her late forties, forty-eight to be exact. And even though it was not the usual, her doctor told her it happens from time to time. She has a beautiful baby girl, Carol, and she is her daddy's treasure. They loved her and brought her up good. Carol went to college and is now married to Trevor. All seems well. However, something is wrong. Reggie can see it. They are now in their seventies, a time when they should just be enjoying life.
