Do I need more time?

Shield's General Thoracic Surgery is my reference book and it continues showing more details than the other publications. Anyway I didn't see many new informations in this new edition yet. Maybe the other chapters will show me the real news I am looking for.

Es dificil realizar un tratado referente a una materia especifica, pero aun lo es mas cuando se trata de abarcar en toda, o gran parte, de su extension a una especialidad quirurgica completa. Esto es lo que ha conseguido Shields en la sexta edicion (2005) de su conocidisimo tratado.
