Never received, poor customer service

My original shipment was sent to my old address, which was my own fault, but when I contacted customer service regarding my options and provided them with my correct address, a replacement was sent out which I have never received either, because it was also sent to my old address. I contacted them again and was told yet another replacement would be sent. I’ve never received that either. Now requesting a refund but we’ll see…
