This three-in-one omnibus volume contains the complete texts of Be Kind to Yourself: Explorations into Self-Empowerment; Who Are You, Really? Understanding Your Life's Energy; and Choosing Joy.
By combining the 3 books into one makes it heavier to carry with you but it's not the kind of book to read lightly. These books helped me understand humyn behaviour/behaviourisms-not just my own. Hence the 'world' whether job, neighbourhood, or global; made more sense-why we people act or don't act or act like lemmings,or lead, etc. For me, because it was a different twist on all the psychobabble self help tripe published by every hoohah, it made me think, each book (part of this book) created a path to changing my thinking which allowed me to choose to change my attitudes and behaviour thus creating a much happier and better life for myself. Other than Louise Hay and alot of Hayhouse authors I have not read a reasonable and original self help directive that benefitted someone other than the authors. Even if you disagree with Dr. Null on other things, this is not a book to overlook, nor discount, it's a great learning tool for choosing joy! Thanks, Gary!

People will pass by this book as with all authors, but the fortunate will stop and take notice. Its a rare book, by a rare individual. It's life changeing. Unquestionably true. Read it - and that's all one needs to say.
Finally!

As someone who has struggled with weight her entire life, this book is just what I was looking for. I finally realize that diets don't work...it takes a lifestyle change. I have just started on Gary's program and have faith that this time my weight loss is for life.
