A small group of individuals takes refuge in a remote property located far out in the woods. It is a large manor property owned by an enigmatic character. The abandoned mansion is mysteriously unoccupied, but there is no indication that its occupants had left. The owner of the manor seem to had collected rare and potent artifacts. One of these strange items is a chest, a bizarre object of obscure origin. It does not take long for people to go missing. From the very beginning, a young man in the group is wary of the place and the chest. He eventually bonds with one of the females in the group, and together the two of them survived a harrowing experience. The strange object holds a malevolent force, too powerful for any man. Nevertheless, the truth may not be the object itself but rather what lies inside.
