Good recipes, but sadly photos are black and white

It has some really good information in the program, how it works and tips. That’s really useful for weight loss results. As far as recipes goes, it has really good recipes that are simple to follow and not a lot of ingredients. There’s a spicy shrimp curry, a Moo Shy stir fry and many more. It has Desserts, pasta dishes, recipes for vegetarians snacks, soups and so much more. There aren’t a lot of pictures, which I’m disappointed about, but still good recipes. Also, the pictures are in black and white(hence why I deducted stars). The book itself, was in great shape.
