Free Puppies

Fourth-grader Jeremy Johnson, his little brother JJ, and the whole Johnson family become involved with a pregnant stray dog who delivers eight puppies. Taking care of the pups is fun for a while, but soon Jeremy tires of the endless tasks. Homes are found for some of the pups, but Jeremy finds out that the local animal shelter uses euthanasia for those animals whom no one adopts. Will Jeremy be able to find an alternative?
