A wonderful work of whimsey. Looking into the hearts of children, this is a work of wonder and love.

A delightfully different and appealing story!

Freddy the Flea is one of the most engaging and well-written stories I've read in a very long time. Read-aloud audiences always cry for more! This is a keeper -- sure to become a treasured keepsake for the youngsters in the family.

I never thought I'd find myself rooting for a flea!

Kids love this book and my niece even wrote me a thank you note when I mailed her a copy.

Freddy is a good book to read aloud to children.

Freddy the Flea is an excellent story. Each character is memorable in it's own way. As you read it, you immediately get involved with the problems of the little flea who adopts a St. Bernard puppy. This is an excellent story to read aloud to children. The author does not talk down to his audience and the language he uses helps them to stretch their vocabulary. I highly recommend this book for children of all ages.

Freddy the Flea is a great book to read to children.

I've read this book to both of the classes I've had since it has come out and both classes have loved it. It's a good story with interesting characters. The author does not talk down to his audience. He makes them reach up to acquire a good reading vocabulary and it works. My classes are into Reader's Theater so we adapted Freddy into a new play. We performed it for other classes and parents, thus creating more fans of the intrepid little flea. I highly reccommend this book. We can't wait for the sequel!
