GOOD SERVICE

I received this book earlier than expected, I needed it for school and I didn't have to worry about not having it on time

Excellent Customer Service

I had a hard time getting a hold of the customer service reps at first, but once they finally got back in tough with me they were helpful and went out of their way to make sure my situation was resolved.

HR Management

This book is well written and easy to understand, however, this does not justify the price.
