This thesis presents the construction of a framework for the use of Active Methodologies mediated by Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DICT) in higher education, with application in the Administration course at the Federal University of Rondônia (UNIR), located in the Western Amazon, Brazil. The study is based on the challenges faced by teachers and students in terms of commitment, planning and evaluation in environments mediated by technology. The research, of an applied nature and a qualitative approach, used case study procedures, questionnaires and participant observation. As a result, a theoretical-practical model is proposed that integrates four dimensions - teacher planning, interaction, collaborative learning and evaluation - oriented towards meaningful learning. The framework developed offers contributions to the improvement of teaching practices and the consolidation of a culture of innovation in Amazonian higher education.
