ALTHOUGH it has been off the airwaves (first-run, anyway) for nearly 50 years, BONANZA is still considered one of the most popular, and most iconic westerns in American television. From 1959-1973 and with more than 450 episode, the adventures of the manly Cartright family came to homes weekly, leaving as friends for another seven days. The romanticized perspective of the Wild West is one many people prefer; BONANZA used that desire not only in television, but books, toys, and of course the comics. Only the first three published issues of BONANZA - from the Four-Color series - are in the public domain, so our collection is limited, but Gwandanaland is proud to be able to bring the Ponderosa Ranch back for your thrills and enjoyment!
