This book is a way to bring awareness to the forgotten souls, making them unforgettable. When they decide to heal they need long term rehabilitative care in a place where they can feel safe, thrive and learn to love themselves again through forgiveness of their past, releasing the demons that keep them trapped in a living nightmare. With love the human potential can be met. I have a dream of opening a healing hospital for long term treatment to help people like this get back to a place that they can live in peace once more, freed from the demon that has taken hold of their lives. This is the reason that part of the proceeds from this book will go into a fund that will provide a means to continue rehabilitative care for the homeless and the addicted. The photos that accompany the stories tell their own story; they capture their inner pain through the windows of the soul, the eyes. Look into these faces and see their humanity, all of the beauty and soul shine that was captured during the documenting phases of this project.One act of kindness can have a ripple effect that can benefit many souls.
