James Bond On Steroids!

I first read this book many years ago, and upon my re-reading I am more astounded this was never made into a movie. It has all of the Bond-like evildoers, heroes, anti-heroes, and on top of all of that it is extremely well written! There are a few aspects that are a bit outdated given current technology and current exchange rates, but that is to be expected given the year in which it is written. This book is to spy novels what the Daniel Craig Casino Royale is to the older bond flicks - super slick, low-tech problem solving, edge of your seat suspense, and a rollicking good time!

One of the best espionage novels I have ever read. I wish this author would write another novel of any kind. I would definately read it.
