This guide, “For Service to Your Country: The Insider's Guide to Veterans' Benefits”, is a tad dated, but it covers more territory than most up-to-date guides. Peter S. Gaytan (Author) and Marian Edelman Borden (Author) take the time to explain things a bit more or differently. Half of the book is indices, tables, addresses, Etc. Read this for background and history, then go to the net for recent changes.
