Super-brilliant!

A brilliant book! It is really good. When I first read the end I cried! I love the way things work out and the way the author works things out. I don't ice skating, and you don't have to do ice skating to like this book. A book I like better though is 'Lily's Passport to Paris' by Nancy Rue. Check out excerpts from both and then decide what you want to buy

Thoroughly entertaining, recommended for pre-teens & teens.

In Follow The Dream, Livvy Hudson is a promising young skaterlearning to like the small Colorado town where he dad relocated afterthe death of Livvy's mother. Her skating, with the help of a trainer, is improving all the time and her new friends in the "Girl's Only" club are a constant encouragement. Happiness turns to frustration, though, when Grandma Hudson (now living with them) begins to take too much control of Livvy's life. She's trying to run everything both at home and on the ice! Livvy's anger nearly reaches the boiling point when her grandmother surprises her with a secret -- one that Livvy is eager to embrace. Perhaps Grandma Hudson has had Livvy's best interest in mind all along!
