Great recipe for fish soup

I was a fan of his show when it ran on PBS. The "fish soup" episode took place in the galley of a fishing boat tossing in the waves. I especially enjoyed that he threw a splash of wine into everything as he cooked - often including his glass. He was great! I couldn't wait to get the book. I made the soup and it turned out great (my own skill not withstanding). I agree with Lynda Kuit's review. Excellent book.

This is an excellent book on Fish

Floyd provides extremely easy directions to follow, his recipes are scrumptious. He provides real comfort food as well as great entertaining dishes both for the beginner cook as well as the expert. Highly recommed it.
