This is an excellent book for anyone wanting to learn about flower essences, anyone who already knows about them, and anyone who wants to make their own essences. A must have for your library! Clearly written and quite thorough.

Quintessential Book on Flower Essences

If you read just one book on Flower Essences, this is the one to read. Ms. Wright takes using Flower Essences to a whole new level. I will admit I was a little skeptical at first by what is being put forth in this book and I was unsure as to where to start. I have now gotten my feet wet and I am trying some of the various techniques covered. I was taught that flower essences just treated emotional problems. In this book, Ms. Wright takes it farther. After all, if you take a wholistic approach to health, then you know that illness starts on the emotional, mental & spiritual levels and then filters down. Therefore, you can realistically say that treating your emotional, etc problems would greatly benefit your overall health. I also realized that when I have a cathartic reaction to a course of essences, that I can just retest myself when that happens to address the issue that has come up. But read the book for yourself and expand your use of flower essences.
