This story is about a young woman growing into an age of choices and decisions that will affect the outcome of her future. Self-awareness and her own honesty taught her about her limitations. She believed that making the right choices and decisions and staying on the right path would lead to true success. This story takes place in a small village, where everyone lived close to one another, as a family. Life and living was meaningful because people were bonded by conversations of fluent broken French, a thick, spoken-broken English, a simple smile or smirk, or a nod. It was an era when walking was as common as a breath of air.
