Terror of flame

A terrorist group in the Middle East has managed to get their hands on a device that levels for them the playing field, it gives them control of spontaneous human combustion. They can decide who burns and who doesn't, this demonstrated when their members are captured by Israeli Mossad and they burn them before they can be interrogated. Mack Bolan gets called in and he goes after the device and the fanatics wielding it, but with a summit on its way in Israel Bolan is pressed for time. But if Bolan is good at anything its bringing the fire, only he's not going to use it to spread terror, he's using it to end it once and for all.
