The story is set in Solara, a realm where the sun reigns supreme-its flames not only light the world but also imbue it with magic. Though the marks should be a sign of power and prestige, they are also a dangerous curse. Anyone who possesses the marks is either feared or hunted, for it is said that those marked by the sun are the descendants of an ancient prophecy-the child of flame destined to either save or destroy the world.
