Awesome cookbook!!

I've always struggled with cooking really good seafood. This book has some really great recipes. Nothing too complicated and very tasty. Really nice hard bound book that will last a lifetime. I highly recommend it.

Great little book!

This is a fantastic little book. All recipes have photographs and look wonderfully appetizing. Preparation for most is simple and quick. All recipes that I've tried have been delicious. This is not the book you turn to for an elegant dinner, but it's great for weeknights when you when you're craving seafood and want to put together something fast.

The Complete Fish and Seafood Cookbook

I'm not an expert cook, so that qualifies me for this review. The Fish and Seafood Cookbook, susanna Tee ed. is one of the most thorough treatments of seafood I've read. It moves from a discussion of fish, to techniques, to recipes and photos that make you drool with anticipation. The only criticism I have of my edition is the size of the type -- will someone get me a magnifying glass!! Despite this shortcoming -- buy it if you find a copy. GJL
