Firefex The Firefighting Extinguisher

Firefex shocked Ma and Pa Extinger soon after his birth. Yet in his diaper and in supernatural flight, he extinguished a fire in the delivery room. He continued to amaze people with his strange reactions to fire and flame. Not only could he fly, but he would swell to meet the size necessary to douse any fire. Soon it became known that he possessed superhero attributes. Until he became trained to control his responses to fire, however, he had several inappropriate responses. Once he got past the terrible twos, his parents thought he was able to manage his firefighting reactions. But Firefex still made mistakes. After he had begun his school years, as it became known, he was well on his path to fame. First, he became a local hero by putting out a giant grass fire started by fellow students. This led to employment in his late teens with Bigtown's firefighting department. Firefex quickly became a national hero as he single-handedly put out one of the country's largest forest fires. Becoming the pride of the nation, Firefex gained recognition by the Firefighters of America. For his heroism, he received a coveted award from the President.
