terrific writer on the real terror in today's world

Although now dated (1990) at the time of its publication this was the best book among several and continues to be so, or at least among those I've read on the Chernobyl disaster. I recommend it highly as an introduction for people who want to look more closely at the biggest ecological disaster and coverup of human history.
