Well written

I'll use it as a reference book. I know Dr Krohn and highly respect her and her treatment suggestions. I like the book alot because it has a Table of Contents as well as an index. It is easy to understand and not only offers suggestions for treatment, but tells why one treatment is good or bad to use.
