Finding Elise

Elise was fractured into pieces that she did not recognize. She lost track of time and was accused of things that she did not do. Feeling deeply depressed, misunderstood and helpless, Elise agreed to go to the state mental hospital for treatment. She reluctantly left her children behind thinking that they were better off without her. This was not Elise's first rodeo. She had been institutionalized before and the conditions had not changed a bit. The orderlies took advantage of the patients, especially the pretty ones like Elise. She thought about the irony of being placed in a state run mental hospital for her own safety. Her way out of the hell hole was through the lions den and into the arms of her ex-husband Ted. Luckily, Elise had nothing to lose and everything to gain. Elise would make a deal with the devil himself if she had to in order to get back her freedom and her kids. One thing was certain, life could not get any worse than the present purgatory she was living. Elise planned her escape.
