Excellent Book

Just recieved this book and I must say this book is excellent. Easy to read and do the exersices & self defense moves. The another person who commented on the book obviously does not understand that on page 95 that there is no mention of the 90 degree angle, as was claimed. This was all about generating the force of a punch since she was a female. I am doing all of the hand to hand combat moves and I found them easy, common-sense self defense measures. This from my understanding is also the very first book that was ever written on the subject of Krav Maga, in English.
