This season however, Felicity, after some mean spirited girls, Jane and Sally tease her, vows to win the costume contest and make Clemmie Ray the most popular girl at the party, even at the wager of her beloved tiara, and at the loss of her cousin Sara Stanley, who refuses to be apart of this charade. But as the city election draws nearer, her father Alec King and much the rest of Avonlea have questions about the electees.
