This wasn't meant to happen.
One marathon was supposed to be enough. A challenge, a finish line, something to tick off and move on from. But somewhere between the early runs, the bad weather, and the quiet decision to keep going, it became something else entirely.
What follows isn't a story about perfect training plans or elite performance. It's about showing up when you don't feel like it. Running through injuries, hills you didn't ask for, and races that don't go to plan. It's about small wins, stubborn decisions, and the kind of consistency that builds without you noticing.
Along the way there are unexpected weekends, ridiculous fancy dress runs, wrong turns, good races, bad races, and one very hot marathon back in Cyprus - a place that meant more than just another finish line.
At its core, this is about two people figuring it out as they go. Running together. Starting together. Finishing together.
Not chasing perfection.
Just not stopping.
